NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the month of October, 2014 to be LGBT History Month in the City of Pittsburgh, and do recognize the role that the City's LGBT residents have played in enriching the culture and history of Pittsburgh.
