NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend the Garden Club of Allegheny County for their unwavering devotion to the promotion of the City of Pittsburgh's natural beauty and historical preservation; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 14, 2014 to be “Garden Club of Allegheny County Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
