Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a grant agreement or agreements with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's “2014 Port Security Grant Program”, in the amount of One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Six Dollars and no cents ($133,906.00). The City's funding share with respect to this grant agreement or agreements is in the amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars and no cents ($33,476.00) and shall be payable from the Bureau of Police's 2014 Equipment Fund. The Federal Government's share with respect to this grant agreement or agreements is One-Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Dollars and no cents ($100,430.00) and shall be deposited into the City's Grants Trust Fund.
