Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with eCivis, Inc. for annual access, maintenance and support of web-based grants software to increase the City's capacity to research, apply for and manage grants and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $125,327.00 over three years.
