NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby acknowledges the hard work and dedication of Zachary Tyler Neal in achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council hereby declares Tuesday, October 28, 2014, “Zachary Tyler Neal Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
