Resolution providing for the issuance of two warrants, one in the amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($11,500.00) in favor of Duquesne Light Company and one the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00) in favor of Verizon Pennsylvania, L.L.C.'s damage claim in the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00) both c/o Mark Hamilton, Esquire, Tucker Arensberg P.C., 1500 One PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at AR No. 13-002940, and Verizon's claim (City of Pittsburgh Claim File No. 13-93), for property damage claims arising from a December 26, 2012, incident when a City of Pittsburgh motor vehicle allegedly struck two utility pole at or about the intersection of Loyal Way and Amanda Avenue.
