Resolution providing for a professional services agreement/s and/or contract/s with Douglas A. Shields, located at 2329 Tilbury Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15217-2455, for independent consulting services, including but not limited to legislative research, professional writing, financial analysis, office coverage services to City Council in accordance with the Home Rule Charter, Section 310, at a cost not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) per year.
