Resolution appointing Richard Morris, 7144 Thomas Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15208, as a Commissioner of the Commission on Human Relations of the City of Pittsburgh for a term to expire on November 18, 2018. Mr. Morris will fill the seat vacated by Neil Parham. This appointment shall take effect upon confirmation by Pittsburgh City Council.
