Resolution appointing Helen Gerhardt, 843 Collins Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, as a Commissioner of the Commission on Human Relations of the City of Pittsburgh for a term to expire on November 18, 2018. Ms. Gerhardt will fill the seat vacated by Beth Pittinger. This appointment shall take effect upon confirmation by Pittsburgh City Council.
