Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to receive insurance monies, encumber, and enter into contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, professional service agreements or utilize existing contracts and other services to perform restoration and re-installation of the Troy Hill WWI monument. Cost not to exceed $22,512.00.
