NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the PCA Girls' Volleyball Team and Coach Patti Lou Devine for their dedication and hard work and congratulate them for their championship win; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, November 18, 2014, to be “PCA Girls' Volleyball Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
