Resolution authorizing the Chief and Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an agreement or agreements and/or contract or contracts for the acquisition and implementation of an e-mail archiving and retention system, cost not to exceed two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000.00) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
