Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Six Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($6,200,000.00) dollars to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase of vehicles, heavy equipment and vehicle accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities.
