Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements for the implementation of a Spay and Neuter program to be administered by the Department of Public Safety, Animal Control Division, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($50,000.00) and providing for the payment thereof.
