Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the Richard King Mellon Foundation to receive $400,000 in funding for three years support to create a Regional Data Resource Center to serve as a portal for interactive data sharing between government agencies, departments, and other nonprofit and public agencies.
