Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the Heinz Endowments to receive $50,000 in funding to support (1) A Lean Six Sigma certified trainer; (2) New, innovative cost saving and waste reduction policies and (3) A pilot group of City Employees that will complete the training and start to identify cost savings and performance improvements.
