Resolution amending Resolution No. 703 of 2014 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with E.B. Jacobs, Inc. for expert consulting services associated with revisions to the City's methods used to hire police officers and providing for payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $52,000.00. Amending Resolution No. 703 of 2014, effective November 4, 2014, in order to update Code Account information for payments authorized under a professional services agreement with E.B. Jacobs, Inc.
