Resolution authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Attorney Elizabeth F. Collura, Senior Attorney of Clark Hill, PLC, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board for a period of Three years. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) per year subject to the annual allocation by City Council.
