Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania for the provision of medical direction services at a cost of Ten Dollars and No Cents ($10) per year to the City. Said agreement shall commence on January 1, 2015 and shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year terms on January 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017.
