NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Schenley Park Skating Rink as a treasured Pittsburgh landmark which has created special memories for all who have visited the facility since 1975 and congratulates Citiparks and the staff at the Schenley Park Skating Rink for 40 successful years; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, January 25 , 2015, to be “ SCHENLEY PARK SKATING RINK 40th ANNIVERSARY DAY ” in the City of Pittsburgh.
