Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 capital budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $80,080.67 83,008.42 to East Liberty Development Inc for the purpose of hiring a consultant and doing minor capital projects.
