Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and providing for the design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the design and construction of the South Negley Avenue Bridge; including Construction Management Services; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $750,000.
