NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize William “Bill” T. Cagney as a leader who forged lasting labor - management relationships and partnerships that will be an asset to Local 95 and its members for years to come; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare February 4, 2015 to be the “William “Bill” T. Cagney Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
