NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Mr. Rocco Mell on his 91st Birthday and honor him for his years of service to our great nation; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, February 7, 2015, to be “Mr. Rocco Mell Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
