Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, for engineering services in connection with local funding for additional improvements undertaken by PennDOT within the City of Pittsburgh; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $470,000.
