NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the value of volunteers and the extraordinary impact community service has on the fabric of a community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, February 10 , 2015, to be “ COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY ” in the City of Pittsburgh.
