Resolution amending Resolution number 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2007 Capital Improvement Program” so as to move the remaining Lincoln Place Recreation Center funding to the Squirrel Hill Business District streetlighting project
