NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby honors Biscuits Bingo and its organizers for reducing Pittsburgh's homeless pet population, raising awareness about the issues of cruelty and neglect, and providing funding for the care of homeless animals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council hereby declares Saturday, March 7, 2015, “Biscuits Bingo Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
