Resolution amending Resolution No. 646 of 2014 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Pepper Hamilton, LLP, for professional consulting and legal services in relation to United States ex. rel Freedom Unlimited, Inc., et al. v. City of Pittsburgh, et al., to utilize Pepper Hamilton LLP’s professional and special expertise in housing and the False Claims Act and related matters by adding an additional sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($340,000).
