Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief & Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements or to adopt Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CoStars agreements with eDocs Technologies, LLC (“eDocs”) in order to continuing licensing Onbase Information Management software modules; to license additional equipment, and purchase maintenance and solution support services for an enterprise-wide document management system. The total cost shall not exceed $821,025.00 over a five year period.
