Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and providing for the design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the rehabilitation of the Jeron X. Grayson Center; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
