Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements; with a Consultant or Consultants, for Project Management Services, to assist the City in the implementation of our Federal and State funded projects; providing for the payment of the costs thereof; and further providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, at a cost not to exceed $500,000.00.
