Resolution further amending Resolution No. 796, effective, January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program,” by transferring $500,000.00 in PAYGO funds from the “TIP Revolving Fund” line item to the “Project Management and Administrative Services” line item.
