Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Inc. to provide leadership training with regard to police organizations. Said agreement(s) shall commence no earlier than March 9, 2015 and end no later than December 31, 2015, and shall not to exceed $50,000.00.
