NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Dr. Wilma Beauford on her appointment as State Supervisor ; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, March 22, 2015, to be “Dr. Wilma B. Beauford Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
