NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City of Pittsburgh thanks the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise for its efforts to assist economically disadvantaged communities; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby declares March 20, 2015, “PACE Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
