Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Finance to enter into a grant agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, office of Commonwealth Libraries to receive Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation Fund grant monies in the amount of $500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) that will be used by the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to renovate the Knoxville Library.
