NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the past, present and future contributions of The Tamburitzans and commends and congratulates The Tamburitzans for being global cultural ambassadors; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, March 24, 2015, to be “ TAMBURITZAN DAY ” in the City of Pittsburgh.
