NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Vincenzo Joseph for his academic achievements while favorably representing the State of Pennsylvania and the City of Pittsburgh in the sport of wrestling; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, March 24, 2015, to be “Vincenzo Joseph Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
