NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby welcome all members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to Pittsburgh, congratulates the sorority on its multitude of civic programs and services that have positively impacted countless lives, and wishes the Regional Conference much success; and, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, April 8th 2015 to be Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
