Resolution supplementing Resolution No. 739 of 2014 and providing that the Director of Personnel enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Independent Catalyst for professional services in connection with the City of Pittsburgh’s Payroll and Human Resource systems (JD Edwards).
