NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the lasting contributions Ray Werner has made as an advertiser, cultural advocate, musician, playwright, and community leader; and, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council of Pittsburgh does hereby declare April 17, 2015, “Ray Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
