NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor Virginia Helterbran on the occasion of her 80th birthday and recognizes her commitment to her family and community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, April 30, 2015, to be “Virginia Helterbran Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
