NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh commends and celebrates the accomplishments of Justice Debra Todd, and thanks her for her service to the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the City of Pittsburgh, and does hereby declare Tuesday, April 28th, 2015, to be “Justice Debra Todd Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
