NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Tom Palmosina for his dedication to the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, the City of Pittsburgh and its residents and congratulates him for 42 years of steadfast service; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 28, 2015, to be “Tom Palmosina Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
