NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the achievements of the Bloomfield neighborhood combined with the leadership of Bloomfield Citizens Council and the Bloomfield Business Network for their role in making the Pittsburgh Marathon a landmark event in the City of Pittsburgh.
