NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and celebrate the Pittsburgh Summer Youth Employment Program and specifically thanks Hannibal Hopson for his service to the people of Council District 3; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, May 5th, 2015, to be “Hannibal Hopson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
