NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby convey our most sincere sympathies to Thomas F. Lamb’s wife, Barbara, and his children, Thomas, James, Michael, and Barbara. On behalf of the People of Pittsburgh, we honor his memory, we are thankful for his public service, and we look to him as an example of a life well lived. We pray for Thomas’ eternal soul and that his family receives God’s grace and comfort during this time of loss; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, to honor the memory of Thomas F. Lamb, will, at their legislative meeting on May 12th, 2015, pause for a moment of silence and reflect upon and honor his many contributions to the public good.
