NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, does hereby convey our most profound and deepest sympathies to Barbara’s loving and supportive husband, George, and their beautiful children, Michael, Elizabeth, Stephen and Joseph. On behalf of the People of Pittsburgh, we pray that Barbara’s family receives God’s grace and comfort during this time of great loss. We honor her memory, we thank her for her public service and we grieve with all who knew and loved Barbara Daly Danko; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, to honor the memory of Allegheny County Council Member Barbara Daly Danko, will, at their legislative meeting on May 12th, 2015, pause for a moment of silence and to reflect upon and honor a life well lived.
