NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby voice its appreciation for, and depth of gratitude to, Christina Howell for almost a decade of her impactful, inspiring, and selfless efforts to her neighborhood, as well as for her undeniable role in the implementation and success of the Bloomfield Saturday Market; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, May 30, 2015, to be “Christina Howell Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
